Product obtained from poultry slaughtering plants which include viscera and other parts of the body where there is no interest in other uses. These fabrics are subjected to a low pressure cooking process, at 110 to 130ºC for 3 to 6 hours. After this thermal process, pressing is carried out from which the chicken oil is extracted. The cake resulting from pressing is dried, ground and packaged.
It has a very good amino acid profile and has a high level of digestibility. Despite the fact that it is a protein concentrate, it also has a significant level of energy intake.
